On-site Training
Training, Learning and Consulting (TLC) offers quality training opportunities right at your child care program or school in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Delaware. At TLC we offer maximum flexibility with training duration, training content and training timing. Trainings can be scheduled during the day, evening and weekends based on your professional development needs. Trainings can be conducted in two, three up to six hour sessions.
Training, Learning and Consulting (TLC) trainers are certified by PA Key in Pennsylvania and NJ Impact in New Jersey. All of our trainings qualify for new York State EIP scholarship funding. Our organization offers Pennsylvania Department of Education ACT 48 credit for all training events conducted in Pennsylvania. Our organization offers New York OCFS required trainings in all nine topic areas; including, but not limited to: nutrition, childhood development, prevention of shaken baby syndrome, child abuse and maltreatment identification and prevention. All TLC trainings fulfill the PA Department of Public Welfare (DPW) PA Department of Education (PDE), Pennsylvania Keystone Stars, New York OCFS and New Jersey Department of Human Development training requirements. Additionally, many of our trainings meet the Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families - Delaware First training requirements.

Skype Video-Conference Training
Training, Learning and Consulting (TLC) offers quality on-site/Skype live video trainings right at your child care program. At TLC we offer maximum flexibility with training duration, topic and timing. Trainings can be scheduled at any time or date – when it is convenient for you and your team.
We set up your program with the needed materials to participant in live video conferencing where your team with interact with a live instructor, complete hands on activities, receive formal presentation materials and be able to ask the instructor questions throughout the session. You are able to see your instructor live throughout the session and she can see you and your staff as well! At TLC we are always using the most cutting edge technology to provide the best learning experiences for the early childhood field.
No longer do you have to go across town for a training, wait months for a special topic to be offered or suffer through another boring DVD/VHS tape on a topic.
