Trainings at TLC

Training, Learning and Consulting (TLC) now offers trainings in Northeast Philadelphia at Red Lion and Academy Road. If you are interested in attending a session please call our offices to finalize your attendance.

TLC trainers are certified by PA Keys in Pennsylvania and NJ Impact in New Jersey. Our organization offers Pennsylvania Department of Education ACT 48 credit for all training events conducted in Pennsylvania. All TLC trainings fulfill the PA Department of Public Welfare (DPW) PA Department of Education (PDE), Pennsylvania Keystone Stars, New Jersey Department of Human Development training requirements.
